Notice to Visitors of Tokyo International Forum Concerning Measures against the New Influenza Virus

In response to confirmed cases of the new influenza virus in Tokyo, Tokyo International Forum is collecting necessary information through cooperation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other authorities concerned.
We have also arranged and established measures at this moment as follows. The understanding and cooperation of all visitors of Tokyo International Forum would be greatly appreciated. 1. We ask visitors for their understanding and cooperation of the following:

• Please wash your hands and gargle regularly.
• Please notify a nearby staff if you feel sick.

2. All venue staff, restaurant staff, and persons involved in ongoing events have been instructed to reinforce the following measures:

• Maintaining proper health conditions and hygiene control.
• Carrying out appropriate food hygiene control and cooking procedures.
• Ensuring a network of contacts in case of an emergency.
