Midsummer Tokyo is the center of the heat island. There are many buildings equipped with countermeasures for the heat island symptoms and energy-saving systems by the greening of building tops, the greening of wall surfaces and utilizing rain water. In the “Urban Renaissance & Ecology Forum 2005”, various issues of urban cities such as disaster prevention, energy saving and landscape will be given an overall examination with a dimension of “urban renaissance”. Technologies, products and ideas of relevant industries and fields will comprehensively be exhibited and introduced. In addition, “Urban Renaissance Tour Guide Map” in which you can take a look at the examples of environment pavement and buildings around the venue will be distributed. While observing the industry, what don’t you think of creating towns which are strong against disaster and friendly to the environment?

Private junior-high schools and high schools in Tokyo will gather! This is a big chance to tour various schools in one day.
Private schools have their own various characteristics for educational philosophy or spirit for the school establishment. Currently, there are about 420 private junior-high/high schools in Tokyo. A big event to gather these 420 schools will be held. An exclusive booth for each school will be installed and individual counseling will be available. You can not only obtain the most updated references but also can obtain advice from teachers, directly. An explanation corner for various scholarships will also be set up. 53 private elementary schools will also have panel exhibitions partially including counseling for going on to higher schools. For people who answer a questionnaire, “Private School Guide of Tokyo” will be presented!
Please feel free to ask any questions about the atmosphere of the school, club activities, class content, examinations, and direction after school, etc., and find a school which just suits you.
