The gUchi-mizuh is a summer feature in Japan.
This means sprinkling water around the house and on the road. Uchi-mizu has been done since long ago as a way to beat the summer heat.
This time, gUchi-mizu Big Campaignh was conducted by many participants throughout the nation, aiming at cooling whole cities by doing Uchi-mizu at the same time.
At TIF, the final event of such campaign was held. Participants sprinkled water with the same washcloths and ladles.
On that day, thanks to Umi-mizu, Plaza had a refreshing breeze marking the end of summer.
