At the beginning of the New Year, a surprise for two days only.
A collection of famous scenes from 3-big ballets of Tchaikovsky will be presented.
“Swan Lake,” “Sleeping Beauty,” and “The Nutcracker” are now the staples of classical ballet. In this special event, these 3-big ballets of Tchaikovsky will be performed on one stage. The gems of famous scenes from all stages of each work will be presented. The performance will be by the Leningrad State Ballet which prides itself on its 170-year history and tradition. Competing performance among premiers and soloists is another highlight of this event. Because it is being performed by a famous ballet company which has many artists of great individuality, you will be privileged to enjoy a dreamy performance. At the beginning of 2006, gorgeous flowers of art will bloom.

Belle Epoque-flavored gem of a Broadway musical. A Japanese translation version will open with new stage direction!
It is Berlin, 1928. The story covers one and a half days, starting with coincidental encounters of people at a gorgeous hotel. The novel “Grand Hotel” written by Vicky Baum first appeared on Broadway under Tommy Tune’s stage direction in 1989. It was nominated in all 12 categories of Tony Awards and actually awarded in 5 categories, including the stage direction award. The big hit musical, “Grand Hotel” will be staged in Japanese under Glen Walford’s new stage direction in January 2006. Please look forward to talented actors who represent the Japanese musical world, including Bibari Maeda and Kazuki Kosakai.
