The Concierge Counter provides guides to the facilities and events of the Tokyo International Forum including information of surrounding areas. It is located at the Yurakucho-side Entrance on the first floor of the Glass Wing. After its new construction in April last year, it offers various types of information to the visitors.
This spring, the Concierge Counter underwent a renewal. Using Japan’s first acrylic light emission panel, it vividly lights up the visual identity of the Tokyo International Forum. The concierge will be awaiting your visit to the forum. |

The Tokyo International Forum is equipped with various barrier-free facilities such as wheelchair-accessible escalators and toilets, seating spaces, guiding blocks for people with sight and hearing handicaps and loop-coil type hearing aids for people with hearing handicaps.
Now, for visitors who will visit the Exhibition Hall on wheelchairs, a wheelchair-accessible elevator will be newly installed between the Exhibition Halls from the 1st basement floor to the 2nd basement floor. In addition, for better convenience for visitors and pedestrians, an escalator will be newly installed connecting the 1st basement concourse and JR Tokyo Station (Keiyo Line). We will continue to provide friendly and convenient facilities for everyone.
