Dreamy collaboration of gorgeous artists - cross-border and cross-generation
There will be jazz, Latin and world music. An international jazz festival gTokyo Jazzh has been evolving in the style that this is gjazzh regardless of conventional genre. Being in the 5th round this year, the stage will be moved to the Tokyo International Forum. The world-class big artists starting from Chick Corea, Hank Jones and Hiromi Uehara will perform dreamy collaborations crossing generations and borders. Events in conjunction with Marunouchi regions and collaboration programs with Blue Note Tokyo are also planned. This summer, Tokyo will snappily gather steam.

Maestro of Brazilian Music will finally come to Japan again in commemoration of his 40th anniversary since his debut.
It has been 40 years since the legendary band, gBrazil 66h was formed. Sergio Mendes, a maestro of Brazilian music has always been generating new sounds, mixing the taste of rock and pops based on jazz and bossa nova. He released a new album, gTimelessh in 2006 after a 10-year interval. It is concentrated with a novel sound, which can be called the gSergio world mixing Brazilian music and hip hop/R&Bh, having super gorgeous guests such as Stevie Wonder, Jill Scott and others. By bringing this hot new album, his long-awaited Japan tour was finally decided this year!
