The last Japan tour of the giant of the chanson world!
Charles Aznavour still keeps his style of singing songs as if speaking, even after chanson singers of his generation such as Édith Piaf, Yves Montand and Gilbert Becaud have passed away. His beautiful and melancholic melody line and singing voice have earned him many fans, not only in France but also in the U.S., U.K. and Japan. His Japan performances will be held in February 2007, after a 16-year interval. Aznavour has been acting as many types of hero in songwriting, singing, presenting works and movies, exactly like the chanson he sings. Don’t miss the last Japan performance of chanson Francaise who has just become 82 years old.
