and in Note 2. (This does not apply when the facilities
are used for exhibitions.) |

When only one-half of Hall B7 or Hall B5 is
used, the fees are 60% of the fees indicated in
the above chart and in Notes 2, 4, and 6. |

or a local government has organized an executive
committee or an equivalent body which is sponsored
by this committee or body and which is subsidized
or otherwise supported by the national government
or a local government. |
| (2) |
An applicant for the discount for international
exchange-related events is requested to fill out
an application form provided by us, and
submit prior to the conclusion of a contract on
facility use.
Upon receipt of an application, we will
review its contents, and inform the applicant
regarding the result of the review. An application
will be accepted only for an event for which the
discount is appropriate according to our
judgment.
If an application is submitted after the conclusion
of a contract on facility use between us
and the applicant, we will not accept
the application, even if it satisfies requirements
for the discount. |
2.Fees
for use of supplementary facilities
|
The fees for use of supplementary facilities,
equipment, and fixtures and fittings are stipulated
otherwise.
|
3.Payment
of fees
| (1) |
Fees must be paid in advance as indicated by
the following table. |
| (2) |
We will send the client an invoice
specifying the deadline for payment. The
client should transfer the invoiced amount
to the specified financial institution by
the date indicated. Payment of fees for
the use of items other than the facilities
will be requested after the event has finished.
Fees other than those for use of the facilities
will be billed according to regulations
stipulated otherwise by us. |
