Those clients wishing to use the facilities are requested to submit a separate "Inquiry Form for Use of Facilities" follow the instructions below.

We will send the 'Application Form for Use of Facilities' by fax.

If required, we may inquire about the usage content or ask for submission of company outline or organization information of the event organizer and the usage plan etc. Applications may be only filed by the event organizer.


Applications open date: First working day of the month 3 months before use
*However, some conference rooms may have a prior reservation due to multiple use plans for the hall facilities. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
@ Office hours: Mon. - Fri. from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. (excluding Sat., Sun., National holidays and year-end/ New Year holidays)
@ Dates of use: all the year round except year-end / New Year holidays. (December 29 through January. 3)
@ Times of use: From 9:00A.M. to 9:00P.M. (for at least 3 hours)
Extended use is allowed in hourly units
