Facility Operations, Reduction in Shops & Restaurants’ Hours of Operation in Response to Emergency Declaration

At the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s request, based on the state of emergency declaration relating to the spread of COVID-19, the Tokyo International Forum will observe event restrictions regarding facility rentals, as well as shortening the operating hours of shops and restaurants in the facilities and further reinforcing infection prevention measures, until the emergency declaration is lifted.
We regret the inconvenience this causes to our guests, and we ask for your understanding.

1. Period
  Tuesday, January 12 to Sunday, February 7, 2021 *In part starting Friday, January 8

2. Shops & restaurants’ operating hours
  Starting Friday, January 8, 2021: Shops and restaurants will close by 20:00.

3. Facility rental
  While observing event restrictions, we will continue renting halls, meeting rooms, and other facilities.
  *We will further reinforce infection prevention measures.
  *For the status of an individual event, please inquire with the event organizers.

4. Glass Building 
  The Glass Building will close at 20:00.

5. Coin lockers
  Access to the coin lockers located in the Glass Building and in the lobby of Hall E will be available only until 20:00.

6. ATMs, currency exchange machine, fee-based portable chargers
  The ATM, currency exchange machine, and fee-based portable chargers located inside the Glass Building will be available for use only until 20:00.
