 Gender: Male
 Address: Tokyo
 Position: Internal administrative work
  ・The employee in question was implementing infection prevention measures at work, including mask wearing, hand washing and sanitizing, and temperature checks.

2.Timeline
Monday, August 30:Most recent workday at the office
Tuesday, August 31: Day off
Wednesday, September 1: Work from home
Thursday, September 2: Work from home. A family member who lives with him took the PCR test and tested positive.
Friday, September 3: The employee developed a fever, so he took off from work and saw a health care provider, who instructed him to take a PCR test.
Saturday, September 4: The test result came back positive.

・Based on guidance from the health authorities, all potentially infected areas have been sterilized.
・The health authorities’ investigation identified no people who work in the same office as close contacts.
