Hall D5
This bright, refined space has a glass-walled front, and features a harmonious design with granite and wood. This 285 ㎡ flat-floored hall can accommodate a variety of functions, such as seminars, parties, and exhibitions from 100 to 200 people. The hall D5 has two conference rooms connected to its lobby.
・The space is equipped with an 8-language simultaneous interpretation system for international conferences and events.

The user is charged for the entire time that it or its related parties use the hall, including the time required for preparations,the actual event, and cleanup.

Move-in/out rates are not applied to move-in, move-out or rehearsal time within the day of show.

Initial setup of tables and chairs is included in the rates.

Same rates are applied for weekdays and holidays when the halls is used for exhibits.

Conference rooms D502 and D503 are available only to users of Hall D5; Conference room D401 to uers of halls. A separate reservation is required.

Classroom style layouts consist of 3 chairs per table. Dinner party layouts consist of 8 chairs per table. Display panels used for poster exhibits measure 900 mm wide by 2,100 mm tall.
